PlanetReuse Principal + Founder Nathan Benjamin featured in KC Options Nov '09 issue.

PlanetReuse Principal + Founder Nathan Benjamin was recently featured in the Young Professional section of the November '09 issue of the publication KC Options. The following is a sampling of the article.

"The two-year renovation of Nathan Benjamin's historic 109-year-old Union Hill home produced more than just dust, scrap, and a beautifully rehabbed structure. It spawned the idea for an innovative business headquartered in Kansas City.

The savvy entrepreneur was frustrated with the lack of available reclaimed materials for his personal project and decided to to something about it by founding a Web-based business targeted at the commercial market.

Benjamin, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-accredited professional and former contractor, along with architect pal Bradley Hardin, saw a major deficiency from both a design and a construction perspective when it came to reuse of materials. "
