SOTY: PlanetReuse Marketplace

We’re committed to decreasing landfill waste by increasing reuse.
We’re in the running for Startup of the Year

What it is:
The Wall Street Journal Startup of the Year competition is a 5-month program designed to put 24 promising companies through a series of intense tasks, mentorship and marketing exercises. It’s also designed to get participants outside their comfort zone and ready for success.

Why we’re a part of it:
+ It’s a national platform to highlight what we care about: making reuse easy.

+ To showcase our amazing Kansas City startup community and represent the innovation taking place in the Midwest.

+ Access to successful and creative mentors (Carly Fiorina, Alex Osterwalder and Richard Branson to name a few) who will provide guidance as we move forward as an organization.

+ We look really good on camera.

How you can help:
Vote for us on the Wall Street Journal Startup Rankings page. Click the “vote” button next to PlanetReuse Marketplace. Don’t see us? Hit “view all.”

Spread the word on Twitter and Facebook about the competition and our quest to improve the environment. Use #PlanetReuseSOTY and #WSJSOTY to continue the conversation.
